I think a key question which could be difficult for you to gauge through a website could be “Do I want to work with this person?” After all, we haven’t met and it’s important that you feel you can ‘click’ with your therapist. This is why I offer a completely free Initial Consultation. I get the chance to find out how you’d like me to help you and you get to see whether I’m the person that you feel you can work with. The therapeutic relationship is so, so important and you have to be sure you’ve made the right choice. By the end of the initial consultation I’ll have explained to you how I work and you will, I’m sure, have decided whether you want to go ahead and book in for your first session!
